Suppose the order is returned to minty.pink marked as “incorrect address” by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out. Correct Destination

You should be select directly destination country at the checkout page. Let’s say you’re located in U.S. Virgin Islands / VI 00xxx; technically you have under the United States. That’s right! However, at the DHL Express system and in the global express shipping procedure, you have been located in a different country as U.S. Virgin Islands. Therefore, you should be select the destination country directly.

Remote Area Delivery

This surcharge applies when a shipment is delivered to a location that is distant or difficult to serve. When shipping to a remote area will charged an extra $30 per shipment.

Restricted Destination

A surcharge applies when shipping goods to a destination country that is subject to specific trade restrictions imposed by the UN Security Council. When shipping to a Restricted destination area will be charged an extra $50 per shipment.

Countries affected (subject to change): Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen

Address Correction

A fixed surcharge is applied per shipment when the destination address provided by the Shipper is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and DHL is subsequently unable to deliver the shipment. DHL Express searches and determines the correct address to complete the delivery.

The cost will $15 for per shipment. Will collect from DHL Express. Please check your address carefully before placing an order.

 

Damaged Shipment

We will insure your order to account for any damage that may occur during shipping. Furthermore, we using different materials for the packing process, all our products are carefully and neatly packaged thus does not happen any damage.

If an order was damaged during shipping please touch us ASAP with photos.

Then, we replace any damaged products due to shipping.

Please note, we do not refund for damaged items, we can prepare only new products.

Insurance

All packages have an air waybill number (AWB) and are protected with insurance. It can be track step by step.

Therefore, until taking it in your hands, your package will be safe. We add insurance for each parcel.

If something goes wrong, don’t worry. We will support you then promise to fix it trouble.

P.S. Such a thing has not been experienced until now. However, we are all human, and we can make mistakes. -If even a worldwide delivery company.

For orders shipped to destinations outside of TR, minty.pink can’t be responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. We also are not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations/limits and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information, and regulations prior to placing an order.

Our metal suppliers guarantee the conformity of their products with RoHS standards.
